Reconditioning Method
Every machine has been carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed before disassembly. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential equipment required to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each and every Skyjack equipment put back together based on OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The components that get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Moreover, each unit receives new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
