Basic Training Information for LPG
Liquefied petroleum gas is a colorless propane fuel. Also called LPG, this fuel is derived from natural gas and is odorless. LPG consists of 90 percent propane. It is extracted in a method called distilling.

LPG fuel can be very safe but it should be handled carefully to prevent explosions and fire which can take place with incorrect maintenance or installation of gas lines. LPG domestic appliances need correct installation and maintenance to avoid mishaps.
Prevention
Accident-prevention training is vital for anybody working directly with LPG. Correct refueling ways and methods to test for leaks should be included in training. Fuel Storage
